When delivering by mail, we should pay attention to the following points: ① When it is difficult to deliver directly, we can only deliver by mail; (2) If it is delivered by post, the date of receipt indicated on the receipt shall be the date of delivery; (3) Mail delivery shall be accompanied by a delivery receipt.
