After discharge, you can submit the discharge certificate, expense list, invoice, social security card, ID card and my bank passbook to Jinjiang Medical Insurance Bureau for reimbursement.

To seek medical treatment in a different place, you need to go to Chengdu Jinjiang Medical Insurance Bureau to get the Application Form for Medical Treatment in a Different Place for the Insured of Chengdu Basic Medical Insurance, which shall be signed or sealed by the applicant.
