How to calculate data with word bookmarks
The steps of calculating data with word bookmarks are as follows:

Step 1: Select the data to bookmark. In this example, we first choose 450.

Step 2: Click Insert-Bookmark in turn, and take a book signature for the selected data in the bookmark dialog box that pops up. Let's name it A for the time being. Enter A in the book signature box and click the Add button.

Step 3: Similarly, define data 5 10 as bookmark B, select 5 10, and click Insert-Bookmark. In the bookmark dialog box that pops up, take a bookmark for the selected data. Let's temporarily name it B. Enter B in the book signature box and click the Add button.

Step 4: Place the cursor where the calculation result is, and press ctrl+F9. A {} will appear.

Step 5: Enter =B-A in the braces of the shape, and press F9 to see the result that the formula =B-A is refreshed to 60, that is, =B-A=5 10-450.

Step 6: Again, calculate the following growth rate.

Step 7: Press ctrl+F9. A {} will appear.

Step 8: Form braces and enter =(B-A)/A* 100 in the brackets.

Press F9, and you can see that the formula =(B-A)/A* 100 is refreshed to 13.33, that is = (b-a)/a *100 = (510-450)/450 *.

Step 9: The data has been calculated. If we change the original data defining the bookmark and press F9 to refresh the data in the calculation result, the calculation result will also change.

Step 10: For example, in this example, the data 450 defined by bookmark A is changed to 400.

Step 11: Select 450 and change it directly to 400.

Step 12: Select result 60 and press F9 to refresh. It can be seen that the calculation result has also changed from 60 to 1 10, which is the correct result after changing the data-the sales revenue has increased.

Step 13: Similarly, select the second result 13.33 and press F9 to refresh. As you can see, the calculation result has also changed from 13.33 to 27.5, which is the correct result after changing the data-the percentage of sales revenue growth.
