The controlled file shall contain the following items: 1. Version number 2. Effective time 3. Producer 4. Approver 5. Judge 6. The release account stamped with the special seal for controlled enterprise documents shall have the following items: 1. The name of the controlled file. Release version 3. Date and time of publication and expiration date 4. Signature of issuer 5. Receiver's signature 6. Version recovery record.
