At first, I was particularly uncertain whether it was warm or cold, and my risk awareness could not be relaxed. At present, there are still moderate risk areas, closed control areas and control areas in our region. Orderly recovery does not mean that there is no risk. Zoning and grading is by no means prevention and control. The epidemic prevention and control in the whole region is far from being closed, and it is still necessary to continue efforts to normalize epidemic prevention. To this end, the following initiatives were released to the public in the region:

First, we must scientifically do a good job in health monitoring. This is not only responsible for the health of yourself and your family, but also the greatest contribution to the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the whole region. Please open the window for ventilation every day, wash your hands frequently, exercise more, use public chopsticks, work and rest regularly, and enhance your immunity. Once you have symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, you should report to your community as soon as possible, do a good job of personal protection, and go to the designated fever clinic for medical treatment in time.

Second, we must strictly control the flow of personnel. Continue to insist on not leaving the village unless necessary, not leaving the community unless necessary, not going to the unopened area unless necessary, not going to Wendeng unless necessary, wearing masks strictly when going out, not gathering, not getting together, not going to the door, not gathering, keeping two points and one line in work and life, trying to avoid going to crowded places and minimizing the risk of virus transmission. At the same time, people returning from other places should report to their communities three days in advance, and strictly implement epidemic prevention requirements such as staying at home and nucleic acid testing as required after arrival.

Third, we must guard against the spread of things. Recently, there have been many cases in which mail express spreads viruses, which has become an important risk point for external defense input. When you receive the express mail, please strengthen your risk awareness and do personal protection. Express mail should be disinfected inside and outside, and put aside for a period of time before use. Especially when receiving international mail express, you should report to the local community as soon as possible, and carry out nucleic acid testing on the 3-5 days after receiving it.

Four, we must strictly implement the provisions of the return to work. Please strictly implement the filing system before construction according to the notification requirements of the industry authorities and local towns and streets, and then open it to the outside world after passing the on-site acceptance. Strictly implement epidemic prevention regulations after construction, and conduct nucleic acid detection on schedule. Workers and people entering and leaving must wear masks and check the "public place code" whenever they enter. Once the red code personnel are found, they should stay put and report to their communities, towns and streets as soon as possible.

Fifth, we should give full play to the main role of the masses. Everyone is a party, participant and beneficiary in epidemic prevention and control. It is hoped that the general public will take active actions to overcome the inconvenience caused by epidemic prevention and control, strictly fulfill the above requirements, and report to the local community if they find that they do not meet the epidemic prevention requirements. If the situation is true, they will be rewarded with bonus points.
