High school graduates who are enrolled in the strong foundation program of our school, meet the registration requirements of the national unified examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020, have excellent comprehensive quality or top-notch basic subjects, and are interested in engaging in scientific and technological work in related fields in the future can apply. Candidates applying for registration are divided into the following two categories:
The first category: candidates with good comprehensive quality and excellent college entrance examination results;
The second category: in the high school stage, he won the second prize or above in the national finals of any subject in the national middle school students' five-subject competition (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and informatics Olympic competition). The list of winners is China Association for Science and Technology (/jcxkzs/sch/ 10056). I completed the online registration accurately and completely as required, and uploaded the scanned copies of the following materials in the registration system:
Material 1. Volunteer form of Tianjin University in 2020 (hereinafter referred to as volunteer form): After candidates fill in their personal information as required and complete the volunteer form, the system will automatically generate the volunteer form. Please download and print, and sign the candidate himself in the last column of the volunteer form as required, and upload the scanned copy to the registration system;
Material 2: For the second type of candidates, you must also upload a scanned copy of the award-winning certificate that meets the registration conditions as required.
Precautions:
(1) All candidates who apply for the strong foundation program of our school can apply for the examination of the strong foundation program of our school through "non-abnormal" and "abnormal". The first category of candidates must apply through the "non-exception" method, and the second category of candidates must apply through the "exception" method. For the second type of candidates, those who do not meet the conditions of "breaking the rules" to enter our strong basic plan will be automatically transferred to the first type of candidates, and the reported majors will remain unchanged, and candidates do not need to repeat their professional volunteers;
(2) College entrance examination reform provincial candidates must truthfully fill in the college entrance examination subjects in the registration system. Candidates shall bear the responsibility for the errors in filling in the selected subjects of the college entrance examination, which will affect the finalists and final admission;
(3) All the above registration materials must be uploaded to the registration system, and candidates' paper registration materials are not accepted. Registration materials must ensure complete information, authentic materials, neat pages and clear words, and the formats are jpeg, jpg and png；;
(4) The relevant award-winning certificates in the candidates' application materials should be obtained before the registration deadline stipulated by our school, and no supplementary reports can be made afterwards;
(5) Candidates should carefully check the integrity of the materials before "confirming their wishes" in the registration system. Once confirmed, all information in the registration system is not allowed to be modified;
(6) Candidates who fail to register on time, upload the registration materials as required, and fill in the information incorrectly shall be responsible by themselves.
(7) There is no registration fee for the registration of our Strong Foundation Program.
(8) Candidates who apply for the strong foundation program of our school cannot apply to other institutions.

(2) The examination method for short-listed schools
For the first type of candidates, the list of candidates who are shortlisted for the examination of our school will be determined according to the candidates' college entrance examination scores from high to low and according to the enrollment plan of our school in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located. Until the quota is full, all candidates will be shortlisted when their college entrance examination scores are the same. If the number of finalists of some enrollment majors is not full, among the candidates who have not yet been shortlisted, the shortlist of relevant majors will be determined according to the results of the college entrance examination from high to low, and adjustments will be made. Until the quota is full, all candidates will be shortlisted when their college entrance examination scores are the same.
For the second type of candidates, our school will organize an audit to determine whether the candidates meet the registration conditions of this type. Candidates who meet the requirements of this kind of registration, and their college entrance examination scores reach the admission control scores of many undergraduates in the same subject in the province (autonomous region or municipality) where the students are located, can be shortlisted for the examination of our school.
Candidates can check whether they are shortlisted for the examination of our school in the registration system.
(3) College evaluation
Short-listed candidates must log in to the registration system within the specified time to confirm whether to take the exam of our strong foundation plan, and print the admission ticket within the specified time. Those who fail to confirm within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the qualification to take our school examination and subsequent admission.
Candidates are requested to bring their ID cards and admission tickets to participate in the interview and physical fitness test according to the regulations of our school. See the admission ticket for specific examination arrangements. After the candidates take the examination in our school according to the regulations, our school will accept and withdraw the candidates according to the admission method stipulated in the enrollment brochure. Those who fail to take the examination in our school as required shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for subsequent admission.
1. Interview: According to the training characteristics of different majors, make examination plans respectively, mainly to examine students' academic specialties and comprehensive quality. The interview adopts the method of "double random" lottery between experts and candidates, and the whole process is recorded and tested;
2. How to use candidates' comprehensive quality files: as a reference for interview assessment? The comprehensive quality archives shall be based on the information provided by the provincial education administrative department where the students are located.
3. Physical fitness test: The test items are body mass index (BMI), vital capacity, sitting forward and standing long jump. The National Student Physical Health Standard (20 14 Edition) shall be implemented in the third grade group standard of the corresponding project.
Note: Candidates are requested to purchase their own personal personal accident insurance in advance, and the insurance period will cover the whole time of coming to the school for examination (those who do not purchase will be responsible for any accident during the examination).
The evaluation work plan of our school may be adjusted according to the local epidemic prevention and control situation, and will be notified again at that time.
(4) Admission method
1. Conversion method of comprehensive score
Our school synthesizes candidates' college entrance examination scores and interview scores in proportion, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Comprehensive score = (college entrance examination score ÷ full mark of college entrance examination × 100)×85%+ (interview score ÷ full mark of interview × 100)× 15%.
2. Determine the admission list
For the first type of candidates, our school will determine the pre-admission list of the strong foundation plan from high to low according to the provinces, professional enrollment plans and comprehensive scores of candidates. If some majors are not fully enrolled, they will be transferred from the first-class candidates in the same province who have not yet been enrolled according to the comprehensive scores of candidates from high to low until the quota is full.
For the second type of candidates, those whose comprehensive scores reach the minimum admission score of the first type of candidates in the same province will be admitted.
In the above-mentioned admission process, candidates with the same scores will be admitted according to the scores of college entrance examination, single subject (mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages in turn) and physical fitness test from high to low until the quota is full. For candidates in Jiangsu province, when the scores of college entrance examination candidates are the same, they are admitted from high to low according to the total scores of mathematics (including extra points), Chinese and foreign languages; When the total score is the same, students will be admitted in the order from high to low in mathematics (including extra points), Chinese and foreign languages; If they are still the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to their physical fitness test scores.
After the enrollment leading group of our school has examined and approved the pre-admission list of the strong foundation plan, it will report it to the provincial admissions offices for examination, go through the admission procedures, announce the admission results in time and publicize the admission standards. Candidates who are officially admitted will no longer participate in the voluntary admission of the follow-up college entrance examination in this province (autonomous region or municipality); Candidates who have not been admitted can normally participate in the voluntary admission of subsequent batches of college entrance examinations in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Facing the students enrolled in the Strong Foundation Program, Tianjin University will focus on cultivating students' ability and confidence in analyzing, reasoning and solving basic scientific problems, as well as transforming basic research into practice and solving major practical problems on the basis of effective talent training modes such as "tutorial system, small class, personalization and internationalization" and relying on the advantages of "new engineering".
Tianjin University implements the talent training mode with research-oriented projects as the main line, and strengthens the guidance of masters, with high-level teachers such as academicians and famous teachers guiding students' scientific research practice. Implement the training system of connecting undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs, establish the linkage mechanism of undergraduate and doctoral talent training programs, scientifically design the teaching content at different stages, realize the vertical cross-level course selection and horizontal cross-professional course selection of undergraduate and doctoral programs, and consolidate the basic subject ability and literacy at the undergraduate stage. (1) The training management is implemented according to the excellent student training policy of Tianjin University, and the proportion of research and scholarship selection is tilted.
(2) In addition to national and school scholarships/grants, outstanding student awards/grants will be set up to reward/encourage outstanding students in strong basic classes;
(3) setting up a scientific research internship fund for students in strong basic classes to support students to carry out scientific research;
(4) Set up special funds to support and subsidize students to visit and study in famous universities at home and abroad.
Seven. Other explanations
(A) on the students' comprehensive quality files. For the provinces that have established a provincial unified information platform, the provincial education administrative department will provide our school with the electronic comprehensive quality files of candidates. In provinces that have not established a unified information platform at the provincial level, the provincial education administrative department shall collect the comprehensive quality files of local middle school students and upload them to the registration system of "Strong Foundation Plan".
(2) For candidates who forge comprehensive quality files or cheat in college examinations, cancel their qualifications for registration, examination and admission of strong foundation plan, and notify relevant provincial entrance examination institutions or education administrative departments to cancel their qualifications for registration, examination and admission of college entrance examination in that year, and suspend their participation in various national education examinations within three years according to the seriousness of the case. Those who have already entered the school will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school, and the graduation certificate and degree certificate found after graduation will be cancelled. Middle schools should carefully verify the materials distributed. If there is fraud, our school reserves the right to take relevant measures.
(3) In principle, after the candidates are admitted to the Strong Foundation Program, they are not allowed to change their majors at the undergraduate level.
(4) During the selection test, candidates should pay for their own transportation and accommodation. Candidates with financial difficulties who are short-listed for college exams can apply to our school, and our school can provide affordable travel expenses and accommodation subsidies as appropriate.
(5) The school has not entrusted any individual or intermediary agency to carry out examinations and enrollment related work such as the Strong Foundation Program, and does not hold any form of for-profit training activities.

Eight. Supervision and guarantee mechanism
(1) The enrollment work of the pilot enrollment reform of basic disciplines in our school is organized and implemented by the Admissions Office of Tianjin University under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and the leadership of the leading group for enrollment work of Tianjin University. In the process of implementing this brochure, our school has made the enrollment plan open, the selection method fair and the admission criteria open.
(2) Our school will examine the admission qualifications of the admitted students, and those who do not have the admission qualifications will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
(3) The enrollment work of the pilot enrollment reform of basic disciplines in Tianjin University is supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department of Tianjin University, and it is also subject to social supervision.
9. All information will be released through our undergraduate enrollment network and registration system without further notice. Candidates who fail to inquire in time will bear the responsibility of examination or admission.
