Loss in the east, gain in mulberry elm
"There are some things that Bodhisattva prevents you from doing, and that is to protect you. There is a power outage, the car breaks down, you are late, you miss it, don't do it." Complain, don't be angry, everything in the world comes and goes for a certain time. Remember: what you gain may not be a blessing, and what you lose may not be a disaster. Life has its own crossing, and each has its own boat. When conditions arise, they gather together, and when conditions end, they disperse. I always believe that all arrangements in the world have their own reasons. If something is lost, something will be gained again. "This is a passage I saw in a circle of friends, and I felt a sense of relief after reading it. There is no need to be too caught up in gains and losses. Everything is the best arrangement and don't deliberately change it.
The precious thing about life is that no one can predict the future, let alone the ability to weigh the final results of every gain and loss. Sometimes what you get is not necessarily a blessing. This statement feels a bit self-comforting, but it can make the heart more peaceful. In an uncertain future, the only response is to live each day well. We have no way to predict the future, but we have the ability to make every day more fulfilling. I believe that the God of Luck always likes those who work hard. As the saying goes, the harder you work, the luckier you get. Hard work is the last word. Putting too much energy on fighting for fame and fortune will consume your inner concentration.
Recently, I have always felt very unbalanced because of my excellent performance in the annual assessment. Although the ranking in the annual assessment was first, due to various reasons, I still could not get excellence. The starting point of the leadership is also a helpless move, so that all teachers can take their turn within a few years. Excellence was originally a recognition and reward for work, but it has become an equal benefit. The superficial fairness hurts a kind of self-motivated spirit. A leader's courage should not be to satisfy the wishes of the majority, but to conform to the law of development of things. Split is the maximum damage done to a unit. To activate the fighting spirit of every employee is what every leader must do. After reading this passage, I suddenly figured it out. Everything is arranged for the best. Don't put your obsession on something you don't have. Focus on your work and work harder.
