To change the exam time, enter the make an apointment page. There is a view gmat activity below. After clicking in, you can see that the reschedule is 1-14 days away from the exam date. The rescheduling fee is as follows.

There is a $100 fee for rescheduling 15-60 days before the exam date.

If the exam date is more than 60 days away, there is a $50 fee for rescheduling. ?

There is a cancellation fee of US$200 1-14 days before the test date. (A refund of US$50 is available)

15-60 days before the test date, the cancellation fee is US$175. (A refund of US$75 is available)

If the test date is more than 60 days away, the cancellation fee is US$150. (You can get a refund of US$100)

Cancellation will be deducted from the original registration fee of US$250, and the remaining balance will be refunded. It should be noted that you cannot cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours before the exam appointment time. Candidates who do not take the exam will bear the full exam fee.
