After the announcement of the project, four types of families ("three-bedroom" waiting families, other eligible urban registered families in this city, "New Beijingers" and Beijing-born families without housing) need to log in to official website, the investment center for affordable housing construction in Beijing, and complete the registration according to the corresponding prompts.
3. Shake the number. After the lottery time is determined, the local housing management department and the property right unit (Beijing Affordable Housing Construction Investment Center) jointly organize the lottery. The lottery process is supervised by the notary department on the spot, and the lottery results and the house selection order are publicized to the public.
4. Sign up to stay. After the results of the lottery are announced, the property right unit (Beijing Affordable Housing Construction Investment Center) will organize the applicants who have passed the qualification examination to go through the procedures of house selection, contract signing and occupancy in batches according to the lottery order.
