1. Scope of application for applicants

Permanent residents: Chengdu citizens whose ID card addresses are within the above six areas;

2. Application method

■Procedures

1. Seniors who meet the application conditions can apply directly to the IC card processing outlets designated by Chengdu Public Transport Group Company; if their permanent residence is in Liucheng District, they must show their ID card and submit a recent glossy two-inch color ID photo with a white background. Two copies of the certificate; if you live temporarily in Liucheng District, in addition to the above conditions, you must also present the original temporary residence registration or temporary residence certificate.

2. Receive the card application form at the processing outlet, truthfully fill in and paste the relevant content as required and submit it to the staff, and pay a card production fee of 20 yuan. The application will be accepted after the staff has verified that it is correct. At the same time, the staff will forward the card receipt to the applicant. The recipient himself/herself for verification when receiving the card.

Note: When applying, the applicant needs to paste a copy of the applicant’s ID card (the ID number and name on the copy must be clear) and a recent 2-inch white background at the designated location on the application form 1 glossy color ID photo, and fill in your contact information and signature.

■Card Collection

The applicant must present the card receipt (after submitting the "Application Form") 30 days after obtaining the "Card Collection Voucher" (extension on holidays). 3. Card recharge

1. Due to technical reasons, the senior citizen card can be recharged for 12 consecutive months of consumption (50 times per month, recharge when receiving the card) for the first time. After that, it can only be recharged for 6 months of consumption (50 times per month) each time it is recharged. ), when recharging, the card holder must go in person and present his/her ID card in order to go through the insurance procedures (the insurance fee will be paid by our company, but the policy needs to be signed by the insured).

2. When the senior citizen card is recharged for the first time, the starting month of the 12-month ride count must be the month in which the cardholder receives the card (i.e., the recharge starts from the month when the card is received). Within one month before the number of rides on the Senior Card is used up, the holder of the Senior Card can go to any recharge point affiliated to the bus group to recharge the number of rides. The renewal period is 6 months and cannot be renewed in advance. The recharge time is from the 5th to the 25th of each month to avoid the peak recharge periods at the beginning and end of the month.

4. Warm Tips

■The application procedures for the senior citizen card can be processed at the IC Card Service Center of Chengdu Public Transport Group Company, No. 286, Shuangnan Road, Shuangnan Community, Chengdu. The processing time is Monday. to Friday, 9:00-12:00; 13:30-17:00. No service will be accepted on national statutory holidays.

■To apply for, receive, and recharge the senior citizen card, the card holder must bring his or her ID card in order to apply for ride insurance for consumption by swiping the card (the insurance fee is paid by our company, but the policy must be insured signed by the person).

■Each person can only apply for one senior citizen card, and repeated applications are invalid.
