This character has three forms.

1. Ultraman Blue's water jumping form: This is the combat form in which Ultraman Blue converts the energy of water into power. It is the basic form with balanced combat capabilities. It can use agile movements to tease the opponent and carry out quick attacks. It is very good at medium and close combat.

2. Ultraman Blue Fire Form: This is the form after Ultraman Blue and Ultraman Rosso exchanged Rob Crystal, and it suits him very well.

3. Ultraman Blue Earth Form: This is the form in which Ultraman Blue uses the power of Ultraman Taro and Ultraman Galaxy to win with great power.
