1. Title: Size 2, square, small, Song or bold. Generally, the main content to be proved is used as the title. For example, "Proof of ×'s bribery." Don't just write "certifying materials" or "certification letters" or "certificates," because this will cause inconvenience to the other party's ability to find and use these materials in the future.
2. Text: size 3, font imitating Song Dynasty. The true circumstances of the relevant persons or events that need to be proved should be clearly written. If it is an investigation supporting material, relevant investigation clues can also be provided.
3. Signature: After writing the certification materials, write the full name of the unit or individual who provided the certification materials at the bottom right of the certification materials, and indicate the date of certification.
4. Full text format: top 3, bottom 2.5, left 2.6, right 2.6.
When writing certification materials, you should pay attention to the following issues:
1. The person who issues certification materials should be highly responsible and serious to the parties and witnesses, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, and must not seek personal gain. Issue certificates that are inconsistent with the facts, and must not provide false certificates.
2. The text of the supporting materials should be very clear and clear, and should not be vague or ambiguous. Words such as "probably", "possible", and "based on analysis" should not be used.
3. All supporting materials shall be reviewed by the person in charge of the unit and stamped with the official seal. Certification materials issued by individuals should be signed and stamped by themselves (or fingerprints should be left), and the unit should indicate the certifier's position and political status on the certification materials (generally without adding judgment words such as "reliable" and "for reference only").
