1. Question: How do I activate my account when using Feishu for the first time?
Answer: If the account has been created in the management background, there is no need to activate it, just log in directly; if after logging in it prompts that the account is not bound to any organization, the administrator needs to successfully create the user in the management background first .
2. Question: What are login credentials?
Answer: The login credentials refer to the account used to log in to Feishu. You can set your mobile phone number or email address as a Feishu account, and log in by entering a password or receiving a verification code.
3. Question: How do I modify my login credentials?
Answer: Click the avatar in the upper left corner of the Feishu mobile app, go to "System Settings - Account and Security - Account Management" to bind and modify the mobile phone number or email you want to use as your login credentials.
4. Question: What is the contact information?
Answer: Contact information refers to your contact phone number and email address in the team address book.
