Materials submitted for on-site qualification review

Those who enter the qualification review must go to the site to participate in the qualification review and submit the following materials:

1. Original and copy of ID card pieces.

2. Original and copy of written examination admission ticket.

3. "Registration Form for the Open Recruitment of Teachers by Educational Institutions in Zhaoyuan City in 2020".

4. Autographed "Letter of Integrity Commitment for the Open Recruitment of Teachers by Educational Institutions in Zhaoyuan City in 2020".

6. Educational qualifications and degree certificates required for the recruitment position (overseas students must also provide academic qualifications and degree certification certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education); online certification materials for academic qualifications and degrees (see application methods Attachment 4). Fresh graduates who have not yet obtained a diploma must provide proof of their major, academic qualifications, and degree issued by the academic affairs department of the institution where they are located (see Appendix 6 for specific formats) or an employment recommendation form issued by the school.

7. Original and copy of the teacher qualification certificate (or certificate of passing the written test and interview of the teacher qualification examination within the validity period). Those who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate must submit the "Letter of Commitment to Obtain the Teacher Qualification Certificate for the Corresponding Stage of Education within a Time Limit" (see Attachment 5). The original and copy of the Mandarin certificate required for the recruitment position.

8. Employment registration certificate issued by the employment authority. Graduates may provide an employment recommendation form and employment agreement in lieu of the employment registration certificate.

9. Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities and graduates who have not yet confirmed their job units (including graduates of 2018 and 2019) who have not signed a labor contract and are unemployed must issue a handwritten personal written commitment. book (Attachment 2). Graduates who have signed an employment agreement must also provide a letter from the contracting unit that proves the unit agrees to apply (if it cannot be provided during the on-site qualification review for some reason, it can also be provided before 17:00 on the second working day after the interview results are announced. Please see attachment 3) or the termination letter for the specific format. Graduates who have not confirmed their work unit during the career selection period in 2018 and 2019 must provide proof of file storage (see attachment 3).

10. Those who have confirmed their employment units in the 2018 and 2019 classes or graduates before the 2018 class who have signed an employment agreement must provide a letter of consent to apply issued by the department with personnel management authority and the contracting unit (for specific formats, see Attachment 3). If collective personnel agency or labor dispatch is implemented, the employer and the personnel agency or labor dispatch agency must stamp it; if individual personnel agency is implemented, the personnel agency shall stamp it.

If the current employer is different from the employer at the time of registration, documents proving the termination of the contract with the original employer, the labor contract of the current employer, and a letter of approval from the employer to apply for the examination should be issued (see attachment 3).

If a person who has a workplace at the time of registration but has terminated his labor contract or employment agreement applies, he must also provide proof of termination of the labor contract or employment agreement.

Unemployed persons need to submit an employment and entrepreneurship certificate or a written commitment from an unemployed person (see attachment 2 for details).

11. Applicants for teachers in public primary and secondary schools must have the seal of their unit and the education administrative department at or above the county level.

The above-mentioned materials must be reviewed as originals and kept as copies. Please arrange and bind the copies in the order of the materials list (see attachment 8 for details). The "Qualification Examination Material List" shall be filled in by the candidates as required and printed by themselves as the first page of binding materials.
