Why does modifying QQ data always show "Failed to modify data"? How to solve it?

Network problems, just restart the network, take Huawei p30 mobile phone as an example:

1. First turn on the phone, and then click the Select Open Settings Application button.

2. Then click the "Wireless and Network" button in the new interface.

3. Then click and select the "Mobile Network" button in the new interface.

4. Then click the switch button on the right side of "Mobile Data" in the new interface to open the network.
