When the land is confirmed, the name of the contractor's representative must be written, and the name of the household must be written. Legal basis: Article 68 of the Land Registration Rules, the land management department shall, within 30 days from the date of accepting the application for registration of land use right and ownership, registration of change of land use right and ownership, registration of change of name, address and land use, review the registration application and cadastral survey results, issue, replace or change land certificates after approval and registration, and the land management department shall accept other land rights registration. After reviewing the application for registration and the results of cadastral survey, handle the registration or cancellation of registration, issue or replace the certificate of other rights of land, or notify the parties in writing of the cancellation of registration within 15 days from the date of applying for registration change and cancellation of land registration. If the land management department decides not to accept the application for land registration or suspend the registration, it shall notify the parties in writing of the reasons for the decision within 15 days from the date of receiving the application.
