Alibaba Cloud access key is a "secure password" designed by Alibaba Cloud for users to access their cloud resources using API (non-console). It can be used to sign API requests to pass the security verification of the server.

Access keys are generated and used in pairs (AccessKeyId and AccessKeySecret). Each Alibaba Cloud user can create multiple pairs of access keys, and can activate, deactivate or delete the generated access key pairs at any time.

You can create and manage all access key pairs through the key management page of the Alibaba Cloud console and make sure that they are "enabled". Since the access key is a key factor for Alibaba Cloud to verify API requests, please keep your access key properly. If some key pairs are at risk of disclosure, it is suggested to delete key pairs in time and generate new replacement key pairs.
