A recent news about "the teacher forged the student's signature" made everyone talk about it. Because the teacher forged 200 student signatures during his tenure, the reason is even more surprising-in order to embezzle more than 60 thousand yuan.
The teacher forged the student's signature, but the truth turned out to be corruption, which made people feel uncomfortable.
The teacher forged the student's signature in Longquan, Zhejiang. Cai Bin, a temporary worker at Longquan Branch of Zhejiang Radio and TV University, used his position to forge student signatures and embezzled more than 60,000 yuan. This corruption case is the first job-related crime case of supernumerary personnel handled by Longquan Municipal Supervision Commission after its establishment, which caused quite a stir in the local education system.
It all started with an audit. On April 20 17, Longquan Audit Bureau audited Longquan Branch of Zhejiang Radio and TV University. In many accounts, the auditor found something suspicious in a signature. This signed note was almost entirely written by one person, which made the auditors suspicious.
So the auditors randomly called the students who signed it, and all the students said they didn't sign it and didn't receive a refund, which made the auditors question the whereabouts of the money.
After many investigations, it was finally found that the student's refund was misappropriated by Cai Bin, a former temporary employee. Cai Bin used his position to forge student signatures and embezzled more than 60,000 yuan.
On March 8th, 20 18, Longquan People's Court sentenced Cai Bin to four months' criminal detention, suspended for seven months, and fined 654.38+ten thousand yuan.
In order to embezzle more than 60 thousand yuan, the teacher forged the students' signatures. Such a person is not worthy to be a teacher.
