1. Character Profile
Li Jian was born in Harbin in 1974. His father was a Peking Opera actor. Influenced by his family, Li Jian studied opera and practiced martial arts.
In the early 1980s, Li Jian became obsessed with guitar. Li Jian’s mother bought the most expensive piano for her son, which cost her two months’ salary.
In his senior year of high school, Li Jian studied ethnic singing for several months, and then participated in a national middle school student performance and won first place.
