Article 42 The inspection and appraisal institution shall complete the inspection and appraisal within the agreed or prescribed time limit, and issue a written inspection or appraisal report, signed by the inspection or appraisal person and stamped with the seal of the institution. For re-inspection and appraisal, another inspection and appraisal institution shall be entrusted or the original inspection and appraisal institution shall appoint another appraiser. The traffic management department of the public security organ shall, within two days from the date of receipt of the re-inspection and appraisal report, deliver a copy of the re-inspection and appraisal report to the party concerned. Re-inspection and appraisal are limited to one time.
