The written record shall be signed or sealed by the arbitrator, the recorder, the parties and other arbitration participants. According to Article 26 of the Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law, labor dispute arbitration is conducted in public, unless the parties agree not to conduct it in public or involve state secrets, commercial secrets or personal privacy.
