The magnitude of the synthetic magnetic field vector determines the rotating torque of the stepping motor, and the direction of the synthetic magnetic field vector determines the subdivided step angle. The subdivision drive technology further improves the rotation accuracy and running stability of the stepping motor.
Development and application
Stepping motor subdivision drive technology was first proposed by American scholar T.RrFedriksen at the annual meeting of incremental motion control systems and devices in the United States. Firstly, the phase current control of stepping motor is realized by hardware. The phase current of each phase winding is controlled by n parallel circuits composed of n transistors, and the phase current is controlled by the combination of transistor conduction numbers.
With the development of computer technology, especially the appearance of single chip microcomputer, a new situation of stepping motor subdivision drive technology has been created. The stepping motor subdivision drive circuit controlled by single chip microcomputer not only reduces the volume of the control system and simplifies the circuit, but also further improves the subdivision accuracy and intelligence of the control system, thus popularizing the subdivision drive technology.
