Second, the installation preparation:
1. Determine the installation task. Prepare the installation tool.
2. Contact the customer: contact the customer actively before the delivery of the task, and initially determine the time to arrive at the customer's home, so that the customer can get ready; If it is impossible to reach the customer's home at the scheduled time due to various reasons (traffic jam or unfamiliar road conditions), the installer should inform the customer in time, explain the reasons and estimate the arrival time.
Third, the installation method:
1. Determine the installation location according to the drawings. If there are several cabinets together, first ask the customer's room number and fold the plates according to the room number.
2. Check the hardware against the list, and check whether the number of packages of cabinet parts is consistent with the number of packages in the package details, then check whether there are cracks in the glass and doors and scratches on the door panels, and report to the department manager immediately if there is any abnormality.
3. Unpacking: Unpack all the side plates, the top plate, the bottom plate and the solid layer, check whether the plates are scratched, spread wrapping paper on the ground to prevent the plates from being scratched, then put rubber particles and connecting screws on the top plate and the bottom plate, gently lean the plugs and cakes against the wall in sequence, and fold all the excess wrapping paper in proper places.
4. If there are upper and lower cabinets, install the lower cabinet first, and then install the upper cabinet. When the space is large, horizontal installation is adopted, and when the space is not large enough, vertical installation is adopted.
5. Installation exclusion: If both sides of the exclusion body are against the wall and there are plaster lines, at this time, the front faces of the two side plates can be set aside for 40mm, and the excess part of the top cabinet can be sawed below the plaster line, and then the side slopes are consistent with the plaster lines.
6. When the side plate is installed at the top, first place the high side plate in the installation position 600mm away in parallel, and judge whether the cutting height is appropriate. There should be a gap of 3-5 mm between the high side plate and the ceiling.
7. Installation example of standard 2+4+3 combination:
7. 1. The high side plate of the cabinet is flat on the ground. Firstly, rubber particles are filled to fix the three-in-one connecting rod.
7.2. Laminate connecting rod and pie.
7.3. Solid core layer is assembled, with footstone three-in-one cake facing down, 2 100mm solid core layer cake facing up, and other cake holes facing down.
7.4. Nail the backboard.
7.5. The installation of cabinet 3 is the same as that of cabinet 2.
7.6. Stand cabinets 2 and 3 inward, align the top and bottom plates of cabinet 4 with the three-in-one holes of cabinets 2 and 3, and tighten the pie. The back crural line of No.4 cabinet is 20mm long and fixed with crural yards.
7.7. Nail the backboard.
7.8. Push the installed cabinet to the location to be installed.
7.9. Closed according to the site conditions.
8. Installation of configuration in cabinet:
8. 1. The active layer is mainly divided into equal parts, and the space can also be selected at will. After the laminated particles are packaged, the active layer is put away.
8.2. If there are multiple drawers in the cabinet, they can be installed from the bottom. Finally, the solid layer is fixed with corner codes, and the spacing between each drawer is 2mm.
8.3. If there are drawers, trouser racks and lattice racks in the cabinet, install the drawers first, then the lattice racks, and finally the trouser racks. The distance between the three accessories is 20 mm. ..
8.4. The L frame can be installed after the backboard is nailed, and fixed on the backboard in the upper part of the L frame with angle code.
9. Install three sections of track:
9. 1. First, install the track core on the drawer side plate, so that the edge of the track core is flush with the edge of the drawer side plate, and move the track up and down to a suitable position as required, with the front end close to the back of the drawer panel and fixed with screws.
9.2. Then install the crawler shell on the locating hole of the side plate, move it up and down as required until it is in a proper position, and tighten it with the screws on the fixing holes.
9.3. The track edge is 23mm away from the corresponding fixed laminated plate, and the front end of the track is 20mm away from the front edge of the side plate.
9.4. When there are many drawers, the track shell can be installed from bottom to top, and the distance between adjacent tracks depends on the drawer size.
10. Installation method of clothes hanger:
The intersection of the top plate downward 35mm and the back plate downward 240mm is the upper hole position of the clothes hanger, and the second hole position screw is fixed after the clothes hanger is vertical.
1 1. Door installation:
1 1. 1. The upper and lower rails shall be installed in a balanced and stable manner and fixed with self-tapping screws.
1 1.2. Unpack the wrapping paper of the door, then put it on the upper and lower rails, and adjust the bottom wheel to make the door slide freely when it is pushed and pulled.
1 1.3. Install positioning pieces, dust-proof strips and anti-collision strips at appropriate positions.
Four, installation considerations:
1. Before installation, it must be checked. If any abnormality is found, feedback should be given as soon as possible so as to correct it in time.
2. Carefully check the consistency between the drawings and the site, and determine the installation sequence.
3. Pay attention to the protection of product components during installation.
4. Carefully check the beam position, top line and cutting angle of the convergent plate to ensure accurate cutting.
5. Pay attention to the hole surface of the laminate on the side plate of No.4 cabinet, and try not to put it in No.4 cabinet.
6. When nailing the backboard, measure whether the diagonal lines of the cabinet are equal with a ruler. If the solid layer is uneven, plane it with a plane first, and then nail the backboard.
7. When installing, if the customer raises questions, answer them in time and inform the rationality of the disposal method.
8. If there is any problem in the installation, the installer must fill in the installation notes when returning to the factory and provide follow-up services through the change list.
9. After installation, self-inspection and adjustment must be carried out first, and then the customer will accept and sign for confirmation.
10. After the whole installation service process is completed, we must give our customers a clean environment.
The solution to the verb (the abbreviation of verb) puzzle;
1. The cloakroom or installation space is small, so special methods should be adopted for installation.
1. 1. If the cloakroom is high, install it from the inside out.
1.2. There is a top cabinet, which is put inside the cabinet first and then outside. Install the lower cabinet and the upper cabinet at the same time, and then install the outer lower cabinet.
1.3. Install vertically, from inside to outside, from left to right, and from right to left. The side plates are erected, connected with their own crural lines and fixed with angle codes. After nailing the backboard, people should climb out of the top cabinet. If the space of the top cabinet is too small, you can saw off the back panel of the drawer and fix it with corner code.
There is an electric socket in the on-site cabinet, which can be opened with a ruler. The opening of the electrical plug-in board shall be subject to the cabinet wall. If necessary, the electrical plug-in board can be installed on the back board without opening holes.
3. Solution to the corner cutting of the top cabinet and the cross beam: First install the lower cabinet, saw the top cabinet board to a corresponding height, put it on the side plate of the lower cabinet, and saw the corner based on the inking.
4. Solution to uneven seam between two convergent plates and top line. When the first closing plate or top line is completed, a small plate is exposed at the interface with another plate 100-200mm to locate the connected plate. The small board can be fixed with 502 glue or screws.
5. Analysis and solutions of problems in drawer installation;

6. The solution that the door is noisy or difficult to push after installation:

6.2. The solution to noise is:

6.2.2. The raised part of the bottom wheel can be discarded.
6.2.3. Replace the deformed top wheel and bottom wheel.
6.2.4. Fix the upper and lower guide rails with screws.
6.2.5. When installing the lower rail, put a piece of paper with the same width under the lower rail.
6.3. It is difficult to push the door, mainly because the positions of the upper and lower rails are incorrect or mismatched, and the quality of the bottom wheel is poor or the space is too small.
6.4. Solution:
6.4. 1. The reserved door spacing should be standard and diagonal lines should be equal.
6.4.2. The positions of the upper and lower rails should be symmetrical, especially the lower rail should be straight.
6.4.3. Carefully check the quality of the bottom wheel.
7. When the cabinet body of the wall cabinet is larger than the actual size, the No.4 cabinet can be reduced.
8. When the gap between the access doors is large, the frame may be deformed. The inner and outer access doors can be interchanged, and then dust-proof strips are added at the intersection of the two doors on the upper rail. If it is an all-wood access door, you can press the frame.
9. When there are more than two cabinets in the wardrobe, the top plate and the bottom plate are easily confused: because the size of the top plate and the bottom plate is different when the wardrobe is divided, the width of both sides and the middle are different.
10. Deformation of wardrobe side panel: The main reason is that the fixed laminate is placed below the smooth surface of wardrobe side panel 2 100mm, and the side panel is in an empty state, so that the door and the side panel will not be tight. In the design, a layer of solid should be placed below 2 100mm of the exposed side plate.
