Film Review of Star Baby
Star Baby breaks through the traditional animation style, takes the ugly and evil alien monster stone as the protagonist, and tells a warm and touching legendary story without losing tension and excitement. This cartoon embodies Disney's guiding ideology of innovation and change, and introduces many sci-fi elements, although it doesn't give people a great feeling and is too abrupt. However, the picture of the film is changed from the popular three-dimensional animation to the two-dimensional watercolor style, which restores the true colors of the animation. The characteristics of the whole story picture are very obvious, such as beach, surfing, cocktail party, singing and dancing. Everything is full of Hawaiian flavor. Coupled with some funny tricks of Disney, it is even more interesting. This film is not the most classic work of Disney, but it has modern consciousness and educational function, but it has no dogmatic flavor. (Xinhuanet Review)
