How to electronically sign a word document?

In the word document, select Insert Picture, insert the electronic signature picture saved in the computer file, and adjust the appropriate size.

In the word menu bar, click Insert.

Step 2 insert a picture

In Insert, select a picture.

3. Select a picture from the file.

In Pictures, select the picture in the computer file.

4. Select a signature picture

Select a pre-saved self-signed picture.

Step 5 insert signature

Confirm the selected signature picture.

6, adjust the size

Adjust the size of the inserted electronic signature picture appropriately.
