1, general required information

(1) Application Form: Please fill in the application form carefully in English or Italian (Chinese Pinyin is accepted). If the applicant is a citizen of China, please sign in Chinese and attach a two-inch color recent photo to the application form.

(2) Passport: a valid passport should be at least 90 days after the expiration of a valid visa. Passport must have the Chinese signature of the passport holder and a copy of the passport basic information page (with photo page attached). If the applicant holds an expired passport or a passport of the same type (whether expired or not), please show it when applying for a visa.

(3) If there is a visa on the passport, please submit a copy of the visa page.

2. Registration certificate

The university registration certificate should include: course type, teaching language, indicating whether the course includes Italian training, course start date and duration, and full tuition. If the school provides accommodation and insurance, please indicate the detailed address and telephone number of the accommodation in the registration certificate and submit a copy of the insurance policy, which must cover the whole period of your stay in Italy.

3. Academic certificate

(1) Academic Certificate: Please show the original academic certificate when you apply for a visa at the window, and translate the copy into Italian and submit it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China for certification.

(2) Certificate of equivalent education: Please show the original certificate of equivalent education issued by the Consular Section of the Italian Pavilion and provide a copy. Note: In order to issue a certificate of equivalent academic qualifications, the Consular Section of the library needs a certificate of academic qualifications and a certificate of college entrance examination qualification. Please translate it into Italian and go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China for certification.

4. Language proof

If you have a training certificate in Italian or English or a training certificate related to the courses that students will study in Italy, please provide it.

5. Letter of introduction

If the applicant is a student, please provide the original letter of introduction from your parents' company or institution in China. The letter of introduction should be issued on company stationery, stamped with official seal and signed by the person in charge. Letter of introduction must include parents' address, telephone number, fax number, professional title and salary. If your parents are private entrepreneurs, please show the original business license and provide a copy when applying for a visa.

If the applicant has a job, please provide the original letter of introduction from the applicant's company or institution in China. The letter of introduction should be issued on company stationery, stamped with official seal and signed by the person in charge. The letter of introduction must include the company address, telephone number, fax number, applicant's position, salary, time limit for going abroad (the departure and return dates should be indicated), and ensure that the applicant returns as scheduled. When applying for a visa, present the original business license of China and provide a copy.

6. Portfolio

For art schools, first of all, you should understand the requirements of proofreading the works in combination with the schools you apply for, and then systematically sort out and plan the overall works. 7. Pre-registration materials

(1) 3 personal 2-inch photo with white background;

(2) Color copies of the first and second pages of the passport showing basic information and signature;

(3) Provide the transcripts certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, the original notarial certificate of the course description and the Italian translation (please try to combine them in one notarial certificate);

(4) The original notarized graduation certificate with Italian translation certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China;

(5) Two certification reports of the Degree and Postgraduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, both in English. One original report must be sent directly to the consular office of the Italian Embassy by the Center for Degree and Postgraduate Education Development of the Ministry of Education, and the other original report must be submitted together with the degree certificate;

(6) report on the certification of college entrance examination results (showing the years of study from primary school to high school);

(7) Students applying for art and music colleges are required to provide a certification report of their art test results;

(8) Students applying for postgraduate courses must provide a degree certification report with official English translation of CDGDC;

(9) Students who register for English-taught courses must provide relevant certificates issued by Italian universities to prove that the course is an English-taught course;
