Notes on filling in the China-Pakistan Certificate FTA Matters:

The first column: fill in the legal full name, address and country name of the exporter. The exporter must be a company registered with our Bureau.

The exporter who declares on behalf of other companies can add "ON BEHALF OF (O/B)", "CARE OF (C/O)" or "VIA" after his name, address and country name and then add The name (or address) of the represented company. If the agent company has an overseas name or address, it shall not be declared.

The fourth column: Fill in the departure date, transport number, loading port and unloading port. Column 8: Indicate the origin standards based on which the declared goods enjoy preferential treatment.
