If you send and receive documents in the form of electronic documents, the sender and receiver must face two problems:

Will the file sent by 1. be changed during transmission?

2. Whether this document was really sent by someone. This problem can be solved by adding electronic signature.

If someone wants to send an important document to an overseas person through the network, the sender will add a reliable electronic signature to the document, which will include an encrypted digital certificate.

By identifying this certificate, the recipient can prove that the file is indeed sent by the recipient, and once the file is tampered with, the electronic signature will also change, thus ensuring that the file has not been changed during transmission.
