To handle the change of the company's equity, the materials to be provided are:
1. Original business license of the company;
2. Official seal; ?
3. Articles of association;
4. Original ID cards of old and new corporate shareholders.
It should be noted that after 20 17, the company's equity change does not need to be notarized, but it still needs to apply for submission of materials. The submitted materials should be indicated. If a copy is provided, it must be marked as consistent with the original and signed by the company, and stamped with the official seal or signature of the company.
The new policy of 20 18 is that real-name authentication is required between old and new corporate shareholders, and appointments can only be made after authentication.
If the application for company change registration is handled by an agent, the certificate of designated representative or entrusted agent shall also be submitted. These application forms can be downloaded from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce or collected from the Administration for Industry and Commerce. (If the above involves the signature of shareholders or legal person, it is valid only if it is stamped with the official seal of the company. )
