1. Complete your Shanghai "Sui Shen Code" and "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" registration application 14 days in advance, and download and print the "Candidate Safety Examination Commitment Letter" (Hereinafter referred to as the "Candidate Commitment Letter", handwritten and signed, one copy is required for each exam).

2. If you are in Shanghai or have arrived in Shanghai 7 days before the exam, it is recommended not to leave Shanghai unless necessary.

3. Before entering the examination room, take the initiative to present ① my original valid ID card, ② paper admission ticket, ③ my Shanghai “Suishen Code” green code (updated on the same day), ④ my “communication big data itinerary card” "Green code (updated on the same day), ⑤ 2 negative nucleic acid reports within 3 days before the exam for my first reference subject (among them, 1 completed within 24 hours before the exam); for exams in subsequent subjects, you must bring a negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours Reports, ⑥ completed and signed paper "Candidate Commitment Letter" (one commitment per exam) and other documents and materials, those whose body temperature is checked to be <37.3℃ and there are no abnormalities can enter the examination location.
