Time and place of collection
1, collection date: 2065438+March 2009, 21-March 23.
2. Pick-up time: 9: 00-18: 00 on March 22nd and 9:00-2 1:00 on March 23rd.
3. Venue: the second floor (south gate) of Fenghua Gymnasium, Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.
Traffic guide for competition events to be received 1. Bus:
1) Ningbo Railway Station: Take the bus 18 1 and get off at "Fenghua Vehicle Management Office" in South Square, and walk about 800 meters to Fenghua Gymnasium. The whole journey is about 1 hour.
2) Fenghua Railway Station: Take Fenghua No.230 bus to "Administrative Service Center Station", get off and walk about 400 meters to Fenghua Gymnasium, and the whole journey takes about 40 minutes;
3) Fenghua City: Take the bus Fenghua 212/216/218/225, get off at "Administrative Service Center Station" and walk about 400 meters to Fenghua Gymnasium.
2. Taxi: Fenghua Railway Station to Fenghua Gymnasium, the distance is about 10 km, and the cost is about 25 yuan;
3. Self-driving: Search for "Dong 'an Road, Dacheng East Road Bridge, Fenghua District" or "Fenghua District Gymnasium" on the map, and navigate to Fenghua Gymnasium according to the map. (Players who receive the entries can park in the parking lot of Fenghua District Gymnasium for free. )
Materials to be submitted for receiving the competition items 1. I demand the goods.
1) Original 1 copy of valid identity documents (second-generation ID card, passport, Hong Kong and Macao pass, Taiwan compatriot certificate) or a paper copy consistent with the registration;
2) I signed the paper version of the "Claim List". (Login to official website-Activity Service-Registration Inquiry, enter name and ID number, download, print and sign).
3) Participants in the full marathon must provide a completion certificate of half marathon or above (within one year) or a qualified physical examination report (the physical examination report includes a physical examination report valid within one year, including normal electrocardiogram, heart rate and cardiopulmonary function); Participants in the half marathon are required to provide a certificate of completion (within one year) or a qualified physical examination report (including a valid physical examination report within one year, including normal electrocardiogram, heart rate and cardiopulmonary function) for running events with a distance of 10 km or more, and both must be in paper version.
2. Team claim
1) Print and stamp a copy of the team registration form when registering (sealed by the company or the association);
2) Claim form signed by the team boss himself;
3) Original or paper copy of the ID card of the person in charge of team claims 1 copy;
4) The person in charge of team claims collects other information of the team (all-horse and half-horse competitors) (refer to Article 3 of individual claims);
3. Others will receive it.
1) Original or paper copy of the consignee's ID card 1 copy;
2) A paper copy of the ID card of the representative (player);
3) Claim list signed by the consignee (contestant);
4) Other information of the Principal (all-horse and half-horse competitors) (refer to Article 3 for personal possession);
Note: Submit the above materials to the corresponding project area and section window, and collect the competition items after verifying personal information.
4. Important tips
1)1All participants under 8 years old and over 65 years old must be signed by their guardians.
2) In order to avoid unnecessary waiting in line, please be sure to prepare all relevant materials in advance.
3) If the competitors fail to receive the competition items within the specified time, they will be deemed to have given up receiving the competition items and participating qualifications automatically.
4) Shuttle service will not be provided on the day of the competition.
5) Please be sure to pick up your belongings at the appointed time and place. The organizing Committee has the right to refuse the goods that have not been picked up within the specified time.
6) The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to claim items on site by individuals or groups that have not signed the claim list by the contestants themselves.
7) Once the competition clothes are issued, the organizing committee will not return them.
Collection process data review
Participants are required to provide the original or photocopy of their identity documents and a personal signature version of the claim list. Participants in the full marathon are required to provide a certificate of completion (paper version) or a qualified physical examination report that is valid for half marathon or above within one year; Half-marathon runners are required to provide a running completion certificate (paper version) or a qualified physical examination report with a valid distance of 10 km or more within one year, and a signed paper application form and the original ID card can be provided for happy running.
Collect competition items
Individuals enter the corresponding project area and section window to submit the above materials, and get clothes bags, number cloth, clothes storage cards and chips (only for horses and semi-horses).
Chip detection (full horse and half horse players only)
Get the competition clothes, and get the clothes of the corresponding size with the claim form and the number cloth.
Submit the claim form and leave.
