Chen Jianfeng, male, born in May 1968 in fuding city, Fujian Province, is a doctor of engineering, professor and doctoral supervisor. Doctor graduated from the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology, majoring in bioengineering. He is currently the director of the Institute of Natural Products and Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fuzhou University and the director of the Experimental Center of the School of Biological Sciences and Engineering of Fuzhou University. In 1998, he was selected as the backbone teacher of the "Hundred Talents Project" of Fuzhou University, and in 27, he was selected as an outstanding talent in Fujian colleges and universities in the new century. Research interests: natural products and traditional Chinese medicine, biomedicine, forest chemicals, storage and processing of agricultural products, food chemicals and fermentation engineering.
