Conditions, procedures and materials for establishing rural aquaculture cooperatives;

The establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives involves industry and commerce, public security, taxation, quality supervision, banking, agriculture and other departments.

First, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall register the establishment and submit materials:

1. Application for establishment registration;

2. Minutes of the founding meeting signed and sealed by all sponsors;

3. Articles of association signed and sealed by all promoters;

4, the legal representative, director of the office certificate and identity certificate;

5. List of capital contributions signed and sealed by all investors;

6. A list of members signed by the legal representative and a copy of the identity certificate;

7. Proof of residence use;

8. Certificate of designated representative or entrusted agent;

Farmers' professional cooperatives can only be protected if they are registered by the registration authority according to law, obtain the business license of farmers' professional cooperatives and obtain the legal person status.

Farmers' professional cooperatives have the right to possess, use and dispose of members' contributions, provident funds, direct subsidies from the state finance, donations from others and other legally acquired properties, and assume liabilities for debts with the above-mentioned properties. "
