1 prenatal preparation

1.5? Prepare samples for production line operators, including qualified samples and unqualified samples.

2? Inspection operation:

Product identification: The quality inspector shall require and supervise the operators to stick the finished material identification card on the finished products in time. The inspected products shall be marked with inspection status, the qualified products shall be marked with green "qualified products" and the unqualified products shall be marked with red "unqualified products".

4 handling of abnormal quality

4. 1 If the quality controller finds that the quality of the production process is abnormal or poor during the inspection, he can first verbally ask the responsible person to handle it, fill in the Quality Process Information Feedback Form and contact the responsible unit and personnel for handling;

4.2 If the quality of semi-finished products produced in the previous procedure is abnormal, the quality controller shall timely feed back the abnormal information to the previous procedure to prevent the quality problems of the previous procedure from continuing;

4.3 If the quality is abnormal due to defective external processing parts or raw materials, the quality controller shall fill in the Quality Process Information Feedback Form and feed it back to IQC of the quality control department for solution;

4.4 The person in charge of quality shall track the handling of quality abnormality by the responsible unit, and verify the handling effect with the production personnel after handling.

5? Defective product control: In order to avoid the mixing of defective products and qualified products, the defective products flow into the next process or are misused by mistake, the quality controller should control the defective products.

5. 1? For the defective products produced in the production process, the quality inspector requires and supervises the operators to isolate them, put them into the defective product box, and issue a notice of defective products on duty to inform the responsible operators to deal with the defective products in time. After the production on duty, if the defective products have not been disposed of, the quality controller shall request and supervise the transfer workers to transfer the defective products to the defective product area for isolation control.

5.2? Defective products produced on duty shall be disposed of on duty, and returned defective products shall be disposed of before going to work the next day. If it cannot be handled within the above-mentioned specified time, the quality inspector shall indicate "Not handled according to the regulations" on the Notice of Defective Product Repair, and report it to the responsible person for handling, and shall continue to follow up the handling of defective products.

5.3? Management of bad areas: The quality controller shall keep the identification of bad areas and prohibit others from occupying or placing other articles in the bad areas without permission. The defective products placed in the defective area shall be labeled and neatly stacked.

Waste control: The quality controller should ask the responsible operator to bundle the waste on duty neatly, and put it into the waste box on duty after indicating the quantity of waste and the reason for scrapping. At the same time, the quality controller will sign the confirmed scrap quantity and scrap reason on the scrap list.

7 Work handover: Before leaving work, the quality controller should record the quality problems, production situation and other matters needing attention in the "Work Handover Book", and hand over the work with the succeeding quality controller to avoid the recurrence of the same quality problems.

9 Supervision of daily maintenance of equipment: The quality controller should supervise whether the operators carry out daily maintenance of machinery and equipment according to the equipment maintenance regulations before delivery.

10? In the production process, the quality controller should urge the operators to operate in accordance with the operation specifications and equipment instructions, and should stop the illegal and barbaric operations of workers and report them to the authorities for handling.

Supervision on stacking and protection of workpieces: The quality controller should supervise the operators to handle and put the workpieces lightly according to the regulations, and the workpieces to be transported should be stacked neatly according to the regulations, and properly packaged and protected to avoid the damage of the workpieces caused by the brutal operation of the operators and transporters.

12? The quality inspector shall supervise whether the operators in each process of the production line are arranged to take up their posts in accordance with the regulations on the number of personnel and posts, and put an end to arbitrarily mobilizing the operators' posts (especially special posts).

13? Document management: the documents used by the quality controller in the inspection process should be the latest version controlled and released by the document control center, and stamped with the "document controlled chapter". The quality controller shall keep the documents properly. If there is any damage or loss, it should be reported to the group leader in time and applied to the document control center for replacement.

14? Sample management: For the quality limit standards that are difficult to explain in words, the quality controller can take samples and send them to the quality control department, which will work with the technical department to formulate standard samples for the supplier manager to use as a reference for inspection. The standard samples used by the quality controller shall be confirmed and signed by the technical manager or the manager of the quality control department, and shall be within the service period. The standard samples shall be properly kept. If they are damaged or lost, they shall apply to the Quality Control Department for replacement in time.

15? Management of testing instruments: The testing instruments used by quality control personnel must be confirmed by the metrological personnel in the testing room of the company to meet the use requirements, and affixed with "Certificate of Conformity" and "Permit for Use" and within the validity period. In the process of use, if the quality inspector finds that the testing instrument is invalid or damaged, he should promptly put forward correction or repair to the team leader.

Measuring tool management: The quality controller should strengthen the management of measuring tools used in production, regularly check the integrity and effectiveness of measuring tools according to the measuring tool list, and report the damage or failure to the quality control department in time.
