The steps to register for teaching qualifications are as follows:
1. Candidates log in.
Candidates should log in to the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network" to view the registration announcement of their province, and follow the navigation page to enter the registration portal of their province.
2. Register.
Candidates must read carefully and fully understand the province’s application requirements before proceeding. When registering, candidates are required to fill in the certificate number, name, mobile phone number, candidate login password and other information specified in the registration announcement, and carefully read the "Integrity Examination Commitment" (electronic version) on the website. Follow-up operations can only be carried out after reviewing the commitment.
3. Fill in personal information.
The candidate must truthfully fill in the information such as the place of household registration, the place where the residence permit is applied for, whether he is a student, whether he is a teacher major, the school he graduated from, the student status and student number, the highest academic qualification and certificate number, etc., and follow the format requirements. Upload the ID photo (headless, frontal, color, white background, JPG/JPEG format, no larger than 200K).
4. Fill in the application information.
Candidates select exam categories, exam areas, and subjects in accordance with the provincial announcement requirements (subjects must be checked once and cannot be added or changed once approved). After submitting the information, the candidate's application status changes to "pending review". Candidates can modify all relevant information before review.
5. Accept review.
Examination staff in each province will review the candidates' application information within the specified period. Please refer to the registration announcement requirements of each province for details on whether candidates need to arrive at the site. The status of candidates who have passed the review is changed to "pending payment". Candidates who have not passed the review can modify and complete the relevant registration information before the registration deadline, resubmit the application information, and be reviewed again.
6. Pay online.
Candidates in all provinces can pay exam fees online. After completing the payment, the candidate's status changes to "Registration Successful (Fees Paid)" and registration is completed. Candidates who pass the review but fail to pay the fee by the due date will have their registration invalid. Once the registration is successful and the payment is completed, there are no refunds.
