An electronic signature that meets the prescribed conditions has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature or seal, and an electronic seal has the same legal effect as a physical seal. Electronic materials with electronic signatures or seals are legal and valid. The information obtained through * * and the electronic materials submitted by the parties can be used as the basis for handling affairs, and the electronic materials can no longer be filed in paper form.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Regulations on the Registration of Real Estate should use electronic media, and paper media can be used if the current conditions are not met. The real estate registration institution shall designate the only legal media form of the real estate registration book.

If electronic media is used in the real estate registration book, it should be backed up in different places regularly, and there is a unique and clear paper conversion form.
