TOEFL withdrawal process details:
1. Click to exit;
2. Download the refund application form on the TOEFL registration website;
3. Paste a copy of your ID card at the designated location on the form and sign it for confirmation;
4. Fax it to the test center;
5. After all the above steps are completed, call the test Center confirms. The test center will refund your TOEFL test fee within 2 months.

You can apply to cancel the test 10 days before the test date (excluding the test day and application date). If you successfully apply to cancel the test, you will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the test fee. The remaining 50% of the TOEFL reservation fee will be used to pay for your registration and reserved seats in the test room, and will not be refunded to you.
Overdue registration fees will not be refunded. Refunds are not processed automatically. After canceling the application online, the refund application must be faxed to the TOEFL Online Test Call Center of the Ministry of Education Examination Center. The fax content includes your NEEA ID card, name, date of birth, signature, certificate number and certificate copy. The fax number is 86-10-82520250. After faxing, call the call center to confirm the refund. The refund application form can be downloaded from "Notification to Candidates".
