First, the effect preview
Before using "Intelligent Typesetting", we can choose the full-text template with suitable theme according to our own content. When choosing a full-text template, we can check the overall effect of typesetting by clicking the preview button.
Second, intelligent typesetting.
After selecting the appropriate full-text template, we need to simply set the typesetting parameters, then move the mouse to the full-text template and click "Intelligent Typesetting" to realize the automatic application of the full-text template.
Third, intelligent typesetting.
Before using intelligent typesetting, we need to simply set the parameters of intelligent typesetting.
Whether to recognize the title: Set to recognize and fill in a few words or less to set the title, and paragraphs less than the set number of words will be set as the title. If it is not recognized, the heading style will not be applied to the text.
Paragraph Style: Fill several paragraphs with 1 paragraph style. The suggested number is greater than or equal to the maximum number of paragraphs in the text.
Replace signature: If there is no signature in the editing area (guidance note and bottom QR code), you can choose Yes, and the signature style in the full-text template will be written directly, so just replace the QR code. If the editing area already has a signature, you can choose No, and the signature style in the full-text template will not be written.
With or without separator: if separator is selected, the separator in the full-text template will be written. If no delimiter is selected, the delimiter in the full-text template will not be written.
IV. Overview of templates
