Skin test is the abbreviation of skin (or intradermal) allergy test, and it is the most commonly used specific examination in clinic. Some drugs are prone to allergic reactions in clinical use, such as penicillin, streptomycin and cytochrome C. Common allergic reactions include rash, urticaria, dermatitis, fever, angioneurotic edema, asthma, anaphylactic shock and so on. Anaphylactic shock is the most serious, even leading to death.
