Packing list in duplicate, indicating that the packaging meets the export packaging standards.

One set of original clean bills of lading: consignee's instructions, blank endorsement, notifying applicant, indicating to pay the freight and L/C number.

Beneficiary's certificate: a set of non-negotiable documents has been sent to the applicant by DHL express within 7 days of sailing. And attach DHL's dispatch sheet, indicating the single number.

Original clean inspection certificate: signed by the person authorized by the applicant, and the signature should be consistent with the seal reserved in the issuing bank. Before submitting the documents, it should be confirmed with the issuing bank, showing the shipment quantity and the value of the goods. (Relevant inspection certificates must be signed and authenticated by the issuing bank)

Original certificate issued by the shipping company: it proves that the goods can only be picked up after the full set of original bills of lading is submitted at the port of destination.

Blank endorsement of marine insurance policy or insurance certificate: the insurance shall be covered according to the CIF price of the goods shipped plus 10%. Insure cargo insurance clause A, war risk and strike risk, and the amount of insurance shall be paid in the currency of destination.
