3. The service consultant of the BMW 4s shop will inspect the vehicle, confirm the condition and damage of the vehicle, and check the maintenance plan, price and other information with the customer.
4. The customer signs the Maintenance Order and pays the maintenance fee according to the maintenance plan and price.
5. The service consultant of BMW 4s store records the vehicle handover information on the Maintenance Work Order, including the time of picking up the vehicle, customer information, vehicle status, etc.
6. The service consultant of BMW 4s Store will return the Maintenance Work Sheet, keys and other related documents to the customer to complete the handover procedures.
