If there is no insurance record outside the park, the insured can apply for unemployment insurance benefits online in the following ways:
Central website: After logging in to the personal business of the website, enter the number and social insurance (provident fund) password, select "Apply for unemployment benefits" and follow the prompts.
Mobile phone client: download the "Suzhou Industrial Park Social Security and Provident Fund" APP, log in to the "Personal Center", enter the number and social insurance (provident fund) password, select "Apply for unemployment benefits" and follow the prompts.
Self-service terminal (touch screen): Insert the citizen card, select "Apply for unemployment benefits", enter the number and social insurance (provident fund) password, and follow the prompts.
After applying for unemployment benefits, the unemployed must log in to the central website, mobile phone client or official WeChat account with the personal social security (provident fund) number and social security (provident fund) password before the penultimate working day of each month to complete the registration of unemployment benefits for that month. After the registration is completed, the center will issue unemployment benefits registered before 10 every month (postponed in case of holidays). The unemployment benefits registered between 10 and the penultimate working day of the current month shall be paid on the citizen card or bound bank card of Suzhou Bank of the unemployed within five working days after the payment is completed.
Legal Basis: Social Insurance Auditing Measures Article 10 Social insurance agencies shall audit the payment of social insurance premiums according to the following procedures:
(1) Notify the auditee of the relevant contents, requirements, methods and materials to be prepared three days in advance. In special circumstances, the auditee can be audited without prior notice;
(two) there should be two or more auditors * * * together, show their official certificates, and explain their identity to the audited object;
(3) The audit information shall be recorded and signed or sealed by the auditor and the legal representative of the audited entity (or the agent entrusted by the legal representative). If the legal representative of the audited entity refuses to sign or seal, it shall indicate the reasons for the refusal;
(four) the social insurance agency shall inform the audited object of the audit results in writing within 5 working days after the audit;
(5) If it is found that the audited entity has violated laws and regulations in paying social insurance premiums or participating in social insurance according to regulations, it shall truthfully write an audit opinion and deliver it to the audited entity within 10 working days after the audit. The auditee shall make corrections within a time limit.
