1. First of all, the divorced man and woman must go to the Chenghai Civil Affairs Bureau to apply together. Both parties must fill in the "Declaration of Application for Divorce Registration" and sign or fingerprint in front of the marriage registrar.

2. Next, both parties must sign the divorce agreement (in triplicate) and agree to the content of the agreement, and sign or fingerprint in front of the marriage registrar.

3. Finally, the Chenghai Civil Affairs Bureau will review the documents, agreements, and certification materials submitted by the divorce parties. If they meet the conditions for divorce registration, they will be registered.
