How to use the signature system that comes with word?
1. Open the word page that needs to be signed, and click the "Review" button.

2. Click the "Approve" button, and "Start Ink Writing" will appear in the upper right corner of the word page, as shown below:

3. Click "Start Ink Writing" to sign the required signature area on the word page with a pen:

4. Ink tool settings: You can delete the signature ink and select the type, color and font thickness of the signature pen.
