According to the school’s epidemic prevention and control requirements, the practical aspects of the self-study examination and graduation thesis (design) work matters for the majors of Hefei University of Technology in the first half of 2023 are now listed The notice is as follows:

1. Assessment objects

In principle, the assessment objects are self-study candidates who can complete all the unified examination courses for the major they are studying in 2023 and apply for graduation in 2023.

If the number of applicants for a certain major is less than 10, or due to other force majeure factors such as the epidemic, our school will make a separate decision based on the overall situation.

2. Assessment Subjects

For details of the assessment subjects, please refer to the "Hefei University of Technology 2023 Self-Study Practical Assessment Subjects List" (Annex 1).

Based on the candidates’ registration results, the specific assessment methods and time arrangements for each major will be notified in the QQ group.

3. Notes

1. Candidates are asked to join the QQ group - "2023 Self-study Practice Paper Registration" (416214187), and complete the registration work according to the group notification. The deadline for registration is January 3, 2023.

2. Fee standards: Practical assessment fee: 150 yuan/subject; undergraduate graduation project fee: science subject 400 yuan/person (Anhui Provincial Department of Education, Price Bureau, and Department of Finance Teaching Plan [2006] 15 file). Please log in to the Hefei University of Technology payment platform (121.251.19.197/payment/) to make payment from March 6, 2023. The user name is the self-study examination admission ticket number. Please see Appendix 2 for details.

3. The graduation thesis (design) must be uniformly arranged by the school, modified and approved by the instructor before entering the defense process; before the defense, candidates must provide transcripts of all unified examination courses for the major they have examined. Take a photo and submit it as an email attachment to the designated email address 196857184@qq.com (A4 paper, black and white, single-sided printing, handwritten signature), otherwise it will not be arranged. Candidates are asked to log in to the Anhui Higher Education Self-study Examination Candidate Service Platform (website: /) to check the unified examination course results.
