1. Check whether ECP is set on your computer: right-click My Computer Properties, and then click Hardware Options Device Manager Port. If the ECP printer port (LPT 1) is displayed, it means that your computer has set up ECP correctly, otherwise it needs to be reset.

2. Setting method of ECP: When the computer restarts, press and hold "DEL" (note: different brands of computers are different, and some computers press "F 1" for details, see the computer manual) to enter the COMS setting, enter the integrated peripheral function option, and set the parallel port mode to ECP (note that it must be a simple ECP, not ECP). Then save and restart.
