The NCT youth programming ability rating test is sponsored by China Software Industry Association, and IEEE Computer and MIT Science and Technology Review are the supporting units of NCT international evaluation.

The NCT teenagers' programming ability level test is not only a practice of the standard meaning of teenagers' programming ability level, but also an active implementation of the important deployment of promoting the popularization and development of teenagers' programming education in the New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan issued by the State Council and the 20 19 Education Informatization and Network Security Work Points issued by the Ministry of Education.
