Brief introduction of Aksu Vocational and Technical College

Aksu Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general comprehensive higher vocational college approved by the people's government of the autonomous region in March 2002 and managed by the administrative office of Aksu region. It is the first demonstration training base of skilled nursing talents in five provinces in northwest China designated by the Ministry of Education and other six ministries and commissions, and the only demonstration higher vocational college in southern Xinjiang.

The college is formed by the merger of six secondary specialized schools: agricultural school, health school, agricultural machinery school, finance and trade school, culture and art school and sports school.
