Second, where is the education system in Touma?
The five core competencies emphasized by Touma's education system are public speaking, interpersonal communication, strategic leadership, organizational management and self-confidence. The current education system started on 20 17 and is called Pathways. It has five core competencies, self-confidence, 1 1 path, including incentive strategy, expressive ability, leadership development, innovation plan, vision communication, strategic relationship, dynamic leadership, persuasion influence, effective guidance, teamwork, humorous speech and so on. Third, why do you have to pay an annual fee to join the club as a member?
You can enter the education system only after you become a member. Secondly, only by becoming a member can you be eligible to participate in club activities, including various competitions. The prerequisite for becoming a member is to register your name at the headquarters and pay the membership fee. Because Cema is a non-profit organization, we need to bear the operating costs, from the education system and development of Cema headquarters, the construction and maintenance of network platform, the management of global members and clubs, to the funds for venues and team activities of various clubs. Clubs are grass-roots organizations and have the right to set their own membership fees in their operations. However, the annual meeting fee of $90 paid by each member is paid to the headquarters in Touma.
Fourth, what are the specific activities of Touma Club?
Each club usually has 20 or more members. The basic activity of Touma Club is a meeting once a month or once every two weeks, which is called a regular meeting. The time for each meeting is about 1~2 hours. The meeting was presided over by a member.
The meeting process generally includes three contents:
1) Impromptu speech 2) Prepare speech 3) Comment
Improvised speech session: The impromptu speaker presides over this session. The host asks questions, and the audience has a chance to go on stage. In view of this topic, an impromptu speech of 1-2 minutes was delivered. This link is used to train the speaker's ability to think quickly and organize language speaking.
Lecture session: Members will give a speech for 5-7 minutes after a period of preparation according to the project requirements specified by each path. Members improve their public speaking ability through preparation, rehearsal and formal speech.
Comment link: comment link is a characteristic link of Toastmasters International. Every prepared speech will get feedback from a reviewer. Commentators observe the speaker's performance and use 2-3 minutes of comments to help members improve.
In addition, other comment roles include time officer, language judge, hum and haw officer, etc. They are responsible for observing the whole meeting and reporting their findings at the end of the meeting. The Chief Justice will express his opinions on the organization of the meeting and the work of the judges.

1999, the first Toastmasters Club in Chinese mainland was established in Shanghai and developed rapidly.
In 2007, the 85th District was formally established.
