Through the planning and construction of various areas and facilities based on humanistic care, we will actively create a warm and comfortable reading environment, such as setting up barrier-free channels for all kinds of disabled people to enter the library conveniently and quickly, purchasing a large number of mobile electronic reading equipment and related resources for the visually impaired, and striving to make visually impaired readers get the cultural services of the new district library without leaving home. At the same time, the new district library has also set up the first library service equipment and facilities in China, such as spherical audio-visual equipment, telephone booths and book sterilizers, in an effort to serve the new district.
